At Jagat Pharma, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
